Extremely well! The acupressure kneading therapy combined with a heat compression and vibration provides a soothing experience to help eliminate migraine and headache tension.

We advise using this 3-4 times a week for 15 minutes each session.

Turn ON your device by holding down the button for 3-5 seconds. Change modes by double-clicking the main power button twice, there are 4 modes to choose from, each of them has a low & high setting.

1) Air Pressure Massage + Heat Compress + Frequency Vibration

2) Air Pressure Massage + Heat Compress

3) Heat Compress + Frequency Vibration

4) Heat Compress Only

To adjust the intensity press the main power button once (high intensity or low intensity). If you want to power the device off then hold the button for 3-5 seconds.

The heat compress has 2 settings, a low heat and high heat. It ranges from 100-107 degrees Fahrenheit (38-40°C). This is the perfect temperature to relieve eye fatigue.

Yes! It's totally safe to wear and use the Eye Massager if you wear contact lens

The majority of people will be perfectly fine using our eye massager. It is inadvisable only if you suffer from any eye conditions such as retinal detachment.

Yes! It only weighs 290g which makes it lightweight and compact. It can also be folded in half for easy storage making it perfect for taking it on a plane, using in the office or long car journey.

Simply use a wet cloth and wipe the inner pad and leave it to air dry.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days as they go through our quality and performance inspection. Our courier takes it from there. Once in their system, your tracking will update with delivery information. 

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking code for it to update.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us ASAP. If your order hasn't been shipped or processed then we can update your delivery address no problem. If the order has been shipped or processed then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Something not right with your order?

We are happy to help. Please send photos & videos of the damaged product to: support@thermaoptics.com and we will assist you further. We must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival. We require photos or videos to best assist you.

We always try our best to cancel your order, however if your order has already been shipped or processed then we cannot cancel your order. When your order arrives and you decide to keep it or return it back to us, simply email us your decision.

If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.

We have a 30-day money back guarantee. You can try the product at home for those days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to get a refund, items must be in the condition you received it in with the box, packaging and all accessories included.
